That’s exactly what happened to Virgin Media when they attempted to install new Nokia switching equipment in a South London exchange. The entire system was wired for one type of connector, but the new equipment had a completely different setup. Rewiring the entire exchange would have taken months and cost a fortune.
We engineered a smart solution: two custom circuit boards that adapted the new equipment to the existing wiring. This meant Virgin Media could simply plug in their existing cables, no expensive rewiring required. The result? A seamless upgrade, saving them both time and money.
