Just two days before Christmas 2024, a client came to us in a panic. Their outsourced prototype from China didn’t work – and they needed 100 working units delivered by mid-January for a Super Bowl campaign. No pressure!
By January 2nd, we had two fully functional prototypes ready. By the 15th, 100 units were built, programmed, tested, and shipped. We handled everything: electronics, PCB design, prototyping, embedded and PC software.
At 4pm on a Tuesday, we got a call: a shop display needed to light up when a spinning disk hit a trigger point. Mechanicals were done, but the lighting system was added last-minute. With a tight deadline of 6pm the next day, we sprang into action.
Using components from our in-house stock, we designed a custom board overnight, etched and assembled it the next morning, and delivered a working system by 2pm.
